Down time...

So now Nolan and Andrew are sleeping,(I can hear Andrew snoring right now) So I have some me time.....yyyeeeaaahhhh!


So when my parents came to get Madison, my mum of course had to hold Nolan. She pointed something out to me, and it really got me thinking.....his socks had that non-skidd rubber on the bottom.....now why would a three month old need that? So deeper in my thoughts(scary, I know) Madison had alot of socks like that when she was tiny too, but not so much now that she's walking.....does that make sence? I could just be wwwaaaayyyy too tired here, but I just don't understand.....



So in my boreddom, I've been going to www.i-am-bored.com, it is very intresting. I got quite a few laughs out of it, and a great pic that I posted for all my friends on myspace, teehee. Booya!

Yeah, don't ask waht the title means, cuz I have no idea. Grrr, at myself, today when I was thinking "oh, I really need to go and blog, there is so much to write about" but now as I sit here, it all just left my head......But I do have some great pics to share today.

So my kids are cute right? Ha, that's right they are cute!
Well tonight Madison is staying the night with my parents. She just loves it there. They just sent me a pic of her in the pool. She's having so much fun. I like it when she comes home after being at their house, she's always pooped out and ready to just cuddle and watch tv with me. Mr. Nolan is sleeping right now, actually he's been sleeping for most of the day, I think he may be going through yet another growth spurt. I'm sure it wont be that last, LOL. I think both of my kids will be taller then Andrew and I. I mean, I am the oldest, yet the shortest when it somes to my siblings. Robert(my youngest brother) is over 6ft tall. And let me tell you, it's really weird calling him little brother when he's towering over you.
Speaking of Robert, he just got a job at our local store. It's really wierd seeing him work, *sniff-sniff* he's all grown up. Oh and he's learning to drive, come December he'll be 16! Here let me see if I have a pic of my family....... Okay, left to right: Micheal, Shar, My mum, me, and Robert. You can't tell, but Shar is taller then me, she's leaning back in this pic(she's dressed weird, I know, but it was after her play "little shop of horrors"(did I spell that right?)) And I look so bad, it was about a week and a half ater I had Nolan. Well, Nolan just woke up and wants to be fed, so I will blog some more later:o)

So, not allot going on.


Tomorrow we are going to our friends home to help celebrate their daughter's first birthday! I cannot believe that she is already one! It seems like yesterday we were visiting them in the hospital. I'm sure both parents feel the same way.


Well, Mr. Nolan is quite a smiler:o) I love it when he smiles at me, he's soo cute! And he has his daddy's dimple:o) It's super cute.

Miss Madison is getting way to smart. We had to take some of her bigger toys away because she pushes them up against the counter or table and climbs up.......yeah fun. She's also very strong willed......okay, really it's the terrible twos kicking in.....and it's not fun.

Well, I'm off, to do dishes......yay.:o)

I'm seriously slacking in the picture posting....okay, I'm slacking in the picture taking department too. :o) But I did finally take some. Not much of Nolan, but I'll make up for it soon. he just lays there being all cute, so all of his pics look the same, LOL. But he is growing! And like my sister and mom says everytime they see him.."he's changed!"

her first night....

It was Madison's first night in a toddler bed last night. She did really well too! Of course since Nolan is not using his crib right now, we put his mattress down on the floor by her bed just in case she rolled off. Funny this is that when I woke up to feed Nolan at about 4:30, I checked on her and her legs were hanging off the side. I just left her because I did not want to wake her up. Then at around 8:30, again Nolan woke up to be fed, I checked on her again, and she was all the way down on the mattress on the floor. But then Andrew just told me that when he woke up to get ready, she was awake and up in her bed again. Funny girl.

So I have decided that next week will be the week that I start to eat right and exercise too. I need to get in better shape. I want to look better for me, I hate looking in the mirror. I know I just had a baby, but when can I stop using that excuse? I was doing really good, but then I am just hungry all the time! It's really sad.


Well gotta head to bed, I have been having a hard time getting lately.

Just another day....

So today was kinda okay, we were in town for most of the day.....gotta love doctor appointments. And we had some time to kill in between them. Mine was first, and everything is okay:) Then we went to eat, and then to the mall to look at somethings and let Madison play. It was soo funny, the other kids there were climbing all over the play structures and Madison was yelling at them "don't!" because she knows your not supposed to climb up on stuff, LOL! It was just really cute. And she loves it when other kids chase her. Bot boy do I hate it when we have to leave, she threw a fit and got Nolan all worked up too.

Nolan had his two month appointment today. And he's growing like a weed! He is 22 1/2inches long, and weighs 12lbs 9oz. Doing good, doing good. He had to have four shots today, but he did really good. He only cried for about a min. then her was done and went to sleep. Then we came home and all took a nap. Sounds like a fun exciting day huh?

So tomorrow is Andrew's and mine 3year anniversary. Sadly he has to work, but that life. No really he has made plans for us at the end of this month. It's okay with me, I know how his work can be. Also we'll have a little more money at the end of the month soo.....SHOPPING!! hahaha! I love to shop, LOL.

So no pictures today, I need to take some more. Really bad! I'm thinking I want a better camera. Hummm, my birthday is coming up;o) Oh and yeah, remember how I said i think the rain was coming back? Yeah, well it did. Stupid rain....but tomorrow should be nice(crossing my fingers cuz I'm getting fat and need to get out!!LOL)

This is a quick on today, but I wanted to post about this.
Baby Kaleb is only 6months old, he was shaken by his babystitter and is now in the ICU. I am asking that you pray for this strong little man, he has to go through so much. His mom has dedicated her myspace to him, and a friend set up another account to take donations to help with all the surgeries that this baby has to have. here are the links:

Good bye rain!!

So it has been rainy here for a couple of days, and let me tell you.......it's not fun when you have a toddler who LOVES being outside!!! It was soo sad to watch her standing at the back sliding door and wanting out. But it was not soo sad to have soo many fits! Oy, she's already starting her terrible two's.....want to join?
But now the rain has gone, (at least I hope for awhile) and today was just beautiful. Also Andrew had today off, so we packed up the kids and headed to the park. It was so nice to be outside, but I really hate that the bugs are comming out......why do we have them again?
But Madison loved running around, but she hated the slide, and loved the swings. She was just soo cute, going "ooooo-aaahhhh" when she was going back and forth. And of course Noland was doing what her does best.....sleep:o)
But it looks like it may start to rain again:o( The clouds are comming back. Hopfully it will just melt away as the sun comes out.
Tomorrow Andrew and I are having a date:o) It has been awhile sence our last one. We are going to see the movie "Knocked Up" It looks so good, and we are going to enjoy it with our good friends Jesse and Jenn.
Oh, Andrew and I will be married for three years on the 12th! Wow, it just seems like yesterday......well almost, LOL!
I just love him so much and he such a great husband and father to our kids. I'm super excited to have him see what we got him for Father's Day...I wont say what it is because he reads this from time to time.
